Answer the following questions:

• List the data capacities of the digital equipment you use as a photographer (camera, memory card, computer, backup drives, etc.). Be specific with all items (MB/GB/TB).
  Camera – only have capacity for a few images and the camera flashes DEMO
  Memory card. I have 8. 2 CFexpress 128mb, 256gb, and ordinary sd-cards from 32gb to 256gb. I like to format and empty the cards often.
  Computer: Mac 1TB storage, PC 1 + 2 tb storage
  External drives. Many. From 40gb (old hard drive from a computer) to 2TB. I have one dedicated drive to real estate photography, where I am required to keep a backup for some time.
  
  How often will you need to clean up space on the equipment? Not so often (yet)
  Make a list of possible new equipment you need to improve your workflow.
  I would like another drive to backup my photos. Now my photos resides on a computer drive, but they die at the worst thinkable moments.
• How do you copy your photos onto your computer or hard drive? Do you clear your memory card afterwards?
  
  Sadly, the computer. I clear my memory cards quite often. I bought the big ones to use for video, not to store loads of images on.
• Describe in detail your folder structure for your digital photographs. How do you ensure you can find a specific photo if needed?
  
  Date based archive. Not the best way. I think I will combine date and description
  
• How do you make sure your ‘original’ files are kept safe?
  
  Not so much so far.
  
• How do you deal with backups? Imagine the worst possible situation: will you still have digital files of your precious photographs?

You’ve spent much time shooting photographs during module 1 of this course. How did you store the files? Now is an excellent time to organise and rename the photographs. Take a ‘before’ and ‘after’ screenshot. Upload it to your blog.
